Chris Rock was right...people will do anything to get high. From his DC stand up routine several years ago..."Ey yo check this out. You get a baby's bottle right. Fill it up with a little gasoline and dead lima beans and suck it, you'll be F#*@ed up!!! "
It's sad that kids are dying trying to get high. A year ago or so the stories came out about how kids are now getting high by cutting off oxygen to their brains by putting themselves in a noose (basically hanging themsevles). What is wrong with people? Why can't they just go outside and play some basketball or something?!?!

Dude.... I'm so afraid of cheese now! Here's an idea kids, read a book! Or better yet, play some old school video game that has the big FBI logo with the text that says "Winners don't use drugs."
Hey, it worked for me.
I know man...why can't these kids just pick their noses and fling the boogars at each other? Why can't they take a pen and paper and draw something? Why can't they do anything besides figure out a way to fry their own brain?
Here's the thought process for most kids these days.
Man, no one's sending me any text messages. I'll go surf some porn on the web. Am I gay? Ryan Seacrest is a loser, like, you know? I want to get high.
Like you guys have said...go read a book. Go outside and scrape your knees on the b-ball court. Go ride a bike. Booger flicking...not sure about that one matar.
So what causes this thought process to develop in kids these days deepie? I mean, you and I never thought of going outside to snort some pudh infested slut water from the stream in order to get high, but I bet you some kids today have not only thought of it, but have tried it, and liked it.
I think the reason is simple. Two-income households with parents who are more concerned with work than what their kids are up to is the issue. Parents sign their kids up for tutoring, karate classes, piano lessons, and soccer and think they're doing what's best for their kids. But when it comes time to actually have a relationship with their kids, they don't know what to do because they don't spend time with them. Parents think, I'll buy my kid a cell phone so I know what they're up to. Thing is, a parent should know what their kid is up to anyway.
Kids are encouraged way too much to be independent and to make their own decisions. That's fine in moderation, but to blindly trust your kids to make good decisions all the time is stupid. To think making bad decisions will teach your kids a lesson is equally stupid. It is a parent's responsibility to guide their kids through childhood...not the kid's responsibility.
